Maximizer Coaching
ONE YEAR IN ONE MONTH CHALLENGE — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Maximizer Coaching, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company”), and the individual (“Participant”) enrolling in the One Year in One Month Challenge (the “Program”).
By enrolling in the Program, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Program Overview
The One Year in One Month Challenge is a 30-day live coaching and accountability experience designed to help participants achieve focused personal and professional growth in one month.
The Program includes:
Access to live and recorded coaching sessions via Zoom,
A digital workbook and goal tracker, and
Access to a private online community hosted on Skool.com for the duration of the challenge.
VIP participants also receive small-group or 1:1 coaching and access to recordings for twelve (12) months after the challenge ends.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, Participant affirms they are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant for conduct that disrupts the Program, violates community standards, or harms other participants.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
a. Payment.
All payments are due at the time of enrollment. Payment confirms access to the Program tier selected ($197 General Admission or $497 VIP).
b. Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee.
The Company offers a satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
Participant completes all 30 days of the Challenge,
Performs and tracks their 10 daily actions, and
Posts daily check-ins in the Skool.com community.
If, after fulfilling these conditions, Participant does not feel they have improved in at least one area of their life, they may request one of the following within seven (7) days of the Challenge end date:
A free VIP upgrade for the next challenge, or
A full refund of the amount paid.
Requests received after this period or without evidence of completion will not qualify.
c. No Other Refunds.
Outside of the satisfaction guarantee above, all sales are final. Transfers or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s discretion.
4. Challenge Access and Conduct
Access to the community and digital materials is limited to the Challenge period unless otherwise specified for VIP participants.
Participant agrees to:
Maintain a supportive, respectful tone in all community interactions,
Refrain from sharing or distributing Program materials, and
Participate in good faith, following the daily action framework provided.
The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant without refund for harassment, violation of community rules, or misuse of materials.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, including videos, recordings, workbooks, frameworks, and templates, are the exclusive property of Maximizer Coaching, LLC.
Participant is granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own growth and business development. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited without written consent from the Company.
6. No Guarantees or Professional Advice
a. Results Disclaimer.
The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including financial earnings, business growth, or personal transformation. Examples shared during the Program are illustrative only.
b. Advice Disclaimer.
All Program content is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Participants should consult qualified professionals for personalized counsel.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maximizer Coaching, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries (direct or indirect) arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to business, financial, or emotional outcomes.
8. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in or misuse of the Program.
9. Technology and Third-Party Tools
The Program utilizes Zoom and Skool.com, both third-party platforms. Participant acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for interruptions, outages, or data handling practices of these platforms.
Participant is responsible for ensuring stable internet access and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
10. Affiliates and Partnerships
The Company may engage affiliates or partners who earn a commission from referrals. Affiliate participation does not alter these Terms. Any third-party offerings shared within the Program are not endorsed or guaranteed by the Company.
11. Confidentiality
All discussions within the community and live sessions are confidential. Participants agree not to share personal or business details of others outside the Program without explicit permission.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written communication before pursuing mediation or arbitration in Collin County, Texas.
13. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full understanding between the Participant and Maximizer Coaching, LLC and supersedes all prior discussions or representations related to the Program.
By enrolling in the One Year in One Month Challenge, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
